Youth Stabilization Program-  

The team which makes up the Youth Stabilization arm of DBCC serves as the “gatekeeper” for the DCFS sponsored Youth Stabilization Network (YSN).  DBCC provides outreach, assessments and ongoing care for potential clients in the YSN.
